Some of the practice tests listed at ccacademy.ca are available for free to use, and we also offer paid membership access with more options and features. You can use the free tests as long as you comply with our terms of service
Technical Support
Technical support is available only to paid members. You will get our support immediately after purchasing the membership. Technical support includes answering technical questions about the website and assistance with reported bugs and issues. Most support emails will be handled in the Easter Standard Time (GMT-5) timezone; Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 09:00pm. We also take occasional leaves at public holidays and other such events during which support will be slower than usual.
Payment & Delivery
